4. WHAT PERSONAL DATA DO WE COLLECT AND WHY?

We may collect your personal data, whether as part of requests for information that you may send us (the process is indicated in the “” Contact ”) or for the provision of our services.

  • your contact details (i.e. your telephone number, email address and postal address);
  • relevant information required by regulations concerning “Better Know Your Customer” or the fight against money laundering and as part of procedures for taking care of new customers. 6. PEOPLE WITH WHOM WE SHARE YOUR PERSONAL DATA

8. TRANSFER OF YOUR DATA

Planifique SARL does not transfer your data outside of its provider Squarespace, located in the United States.

Indeed, Planifique SARL uses the platform Squarespace in order to host and maintain its website. Squarespace makes every effort to comply with applicable legal obligations to protect personal data.

It is PrivacyShield certified. It is a self-certification mechanism for businesses based in the United States. The Privacy Shield has been recognized by the European Commission as providing an adequate level of protection for personal data transferred to the United States. 9. DURATION OF STORAGE OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA

With respect to visitors to the Site, we will retain personal data for three years from the date of our last interaction with you and in accordance with the obligations imposed on us under the EU General Data Protection Regulation or any equivalent law applicable elsewhere in the world or for longer periods of time if required to do so in accordance with our regulatory obligations or professional liability obligations.

With respect to the provision of Services to a customer, we will keep personal data for the duration of the contractual relationship and for at least six years from the date of our last interaction with the customer and in accordance with the obligations imposed on us under the EU General Data Protection Regulation or an equivalent law applicable elsewhere in the world or for longer periods of time if we are required to do so in accordance with our regulatory obligations or our obligations in Responsibility matter professional civilian. We can then destroy these files without notice and without incurring any responsibility.

We may delete personal data that is only used for the short term, for example for specific marketing campaigns.
